We need a hands-on, results-oriented individual who will prepare and execute the marketing plan to make us the preferred partner for emergency care physicians across the world.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
Develop a marketing plan and ensure successful tactical execution
You develop comprehensive strategic and tactical plans for marketing initiatives, future product launches and promotional campaigns that align with the company's priorities. You identify trends, our customers’ unmet needs, and competitive insights. Then, you develop global and regional tactics (including but not limited to congresses, events, advocacy development & engagement) in alignment with the commercial team and ensure successful execution that delivers tangible differentiation and value creation for our customers.
Drive advocacy and brand awareness to position Nicolab as the key partner for stroke management
You develop strategy and execution plans to build advocacy and reference centers. You aggressively nurture and leverage our advocates in the market to position us as the key partner in stroke management.
Drive Marketing Communications to reach our aspirations
You ensure we are communicating the right message to the right customer, the right way. You lead the marcom intern, work with 3rd parties where applicable and align with the commercial and leadership team to establish the marcom plan, ensure successful execution. You will set metrics to measure the effectiveness and performance of the marketing programs.
Become the product champion of our products and the markets
You understand the patient journey and key stakeholders' needs, combined with our product and implementation stages you are able to articulate a concise story depending on the customer type and geographical situation. Combining your expertise with market insights, you take the necessary actions to accelerate conversions.
Support our partnerships to maximize synergies
You support building a strong partnership with our key partner, Philips. As part of the reseller agreement, you work in tandem with the Alliance Manager to ensure collaboration across different business units and hierarchies. As part of geographical expansion plans, you develop go-to-market strategies and ensure the success of other potential partners.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
To excel in this role you’ll need to be highly motivated, action-oriented with a drive for results. You are customer obsessed. You should combine good communication/presentation skills and strong analytical skills to be able to promote complex solutions, energize and align a diverse mix of internal and external stakeholders.
Minimum 3 years of experience in product/marketing management with a proven track record
Experience in healthcare (pharmaceuticals / medical devices) is strongly preferred
BA/BS degree from a relevant field. MBA or relevant master’s degree preferred
Technical marketing acumen. Experience in omnichannel marketing (digital) strongly preferred
Experience in neurology, interventional, neurovascular domains preferred, not a must
Healthcare IT / Software as a Service (SaaS) experience preferred
Fluency in English is a must
