As our Content Specialist you’re responsible for creating all relevant content on a corporate, product and disease awareness level to be used in all channels such as our website, LinkedIn, on- and offline media, congresses etc. You work as an entrepreneur within the company to design, manage and develop the communication themes with the aim to further expand Nicolab’s position as a global leader. By doing this, you’re the key pillar in building and protecting our brand identity in all relevant channels.


  1. Develop and manage all relevant content on the level of product & corporate positioning and disease awareness

  2. Create a strong content strategy and customer journeys that align with marketing targets both short and long-term

  3. Collaboratively design visual branding elements and develop content strengthening the overall brand awareness

  4. Optimize content according to SEO strategy

  5. Use content management systems to analyze traffic and user engagement metrics

  6. Increase traffic across platforms by managing content distribution to on- & offline channels.

Job requirements


You understand the language of our customers and you’re able to adjust accordingly. You’re able to create consistent content across multiple platforms. You're able to create strategic content that allows for storytelling and ultimately creates thought leadership. You preferably have InDesign/ Photoshop experience. You work together with other colleagues within the marketing team and other teams in the company to deliver the content strategy successfully. Most importantly, you develop a strong vision on how to make our story successful and you develop and execute plans to achieve it.


  • Extensive experience in medical writing in the med-tech/ pharmaceutical industry

  • Marketing Communication, Medical writing, Journalism background or similar. At a minimal bachelor’s degree

  • Great understanding of how to leverage content

  • An excellent strategic content management skill, but with high execution power

  • Good capabilities in InDesign/ Photoshop

  • A person with an entrepreneurial mindset
