My name is Marco Bislick. Originally from Venezuela, I joined NICO.LAB in 2019 as a Junior Backend Developer. What first got me interested in the company was the remarkable way in which we use real data to save real people’s lives, but what got me staying is the amazing culture and talented people I have the opportunity to work with (not to mention the cool office in Amsterdam).

Through the course of 1.5 years, I have advanced not only my position within the company as a Backend Engineer, but have also gained immeasurable experience and knowledge that will help me throughout my career. There is always some new challenge to work on, during my stance in NICO.LAB I have been busy, relaxed, sometimes a bit frustrated even, but never bored.
