Campaign Manager

As our Campaign Manager you design, plan and implement strategic marketing campaigns for global initiatives (in key focus markets) that leverage our presence within the neurovascular realm. You implement omnichannel campaigns that work best to further expand Nicolab’s position as a global leader. You leverage corporate, product and disease communication themes in strategic campaigns and by doing this, you’re the key pillar in driving our aim of achieving thought leadership.


  1. Design, plan and implement multiple strategic marketing campaigns a year driving for Nicolab’s differentiation

  2. Create integrated marketing campaigns based on market segments to gain new customers and build repeat business

  3. Strategically align with internal and external stakeholders to timely execute the campaigns

  4. Supervise the execution, monitoring and measurement of marketing campaigns and their success

  5. Improve new campaigns using data and feedback from existing and previous projects

  6. Coordinate content for trade shows, exhibitions and promotional events

Job requirements


You have a perfect understanding of omnichannel strategies, and you know your way around digital marketing. You have a wealth of experience creating campaigns allowing for a steep ramp up to set a new industry standard. You have strong project management skills to make sure campaigns are run successfully. You have excellent communication skills, with experience working in a multinational and multicultural environment. Affinity with working in a high-paced environment and ability to work under pressure and multitask. Good analytical, conceptual and organizational skills. You work together with other colleagues within the marketing team and other teams in the company to deliver the campaigns successfully. Most importantly, you develop a strong vision on how to make our story successful and achieve our goals.


  • At least 3-5 years of experience in campaign management

  • Bachelor/master’s degree in marketing, project management, business administration or similar

  • Strong knowledge in omnichannel strategies

  • Understanding of market trends/ability to understand the market trends

  • Excellent project management skill, but with high execution power

  • A person with an entrepreneurial mindset
